Formative research, intervention development and pilot-testing of novel or adapted behavioural, social, structural or combination biomedical and behavioural interventions targeting HIV prevention, treatment or services for people who use drugs, assessing feasibility, tolerability, acceptability and safety. A clinical trial is required.
