Sustained operation, maintenance and continued scientific relevance of existing, widely adopted informatics tools and resources supporting acquisition, management, analysis and dissemination of data and knowledge across cancer biology, treatment, diagnosis, early detection, risk assessment, prevention, control and epidemiology, with mechanisms for assessing value and engaging the user community. Clinical trials are optional.
