Municipal government training support may be layered on top of the federal reimbursement in certain cases.

Eligibility is restricted to for-profit companies and select nonprofits that hold a PRIDCO promotion agreement and are actively hiring Puerto Rico workers as part of the promoted project. Training costs are paid upfront by the employer; PRIDCO then reimburses a negotiated share from the WIOA pass-through.
