Single-cell and single-nucleus research into how HIV infection, antiretroviral therapy and substance exposure — including opioids, cocaine, methamphetamine and cannabinoids — interact at the subcellular, cellular and circuit level in the central nervous system, continuing the SCORCH consortium's Phase 1 postmortem brain-tissue datasets into new data-mining and hypothesis-driven studies.
