Optimizing Behavioral Sleep Interventions for Adolescents and Young Adults
Funds a pilot trial of a behavioural sleep intervention for adolescents and young adults who have a mental health disorder or are at risk of one.
Sleep problems and mental health problems travel together in young people, and each makes the other worse. This notice funds early trials of behavioural ways to break that loop.
