Registered exhibitors submit a pitch deck, a 60-second pitch video and an application through the Exhibitor Portal. A judging panel scores entries on market opportunity, business model and team, narrowing the field to 50 semi-finalists who pitch live, then 10 finalists who pitch for the top three cash-plus-services prizes at the Gulfood 2026 awards ceremony.

Looking for early-stage food-tech and AI startups exhibiting at Gulfood, spanning next-generation ingredients through to advanced food-system solutions. Open to any startup that has registered as a Gulfood exhibitor, regardless of home country.
