Enlight Fellowship
Supports youth mental-wellbeing leaders with a free fellowship and a community stipend.
Beyond the fellowship curriculum itself, being accepted commits a fellow to roughly 8 to 10 hours a week across virtual workshops, community events, optional mentorship sessions, and time spent planning and running their own Basecamp — a one-day, community-focused workshop each fellow designs and leads in their own community, funded by the program's stipend. The fellowship is for rising leaders building solutions to youth mental wellbeing, in China and/or globally. Ventures must have run one to five years with fewer than ten employees, already have engaged customers and measurable results, and be ready to scale further.
