Kickstart Grant Program
Funds Wyoming startups pursuing high-growth markets through paused non-dilutive Kickstart grants.
Eligibility · United States - Wyoming
The Wyoming Business Council administers Kickstart as a direct non-dilutive grant program for growth-oriented startups in Wyoming. The current official page says the program is paused until further notice, so the catalog status is between cycles rather than open.
Awards run from USD 5,000 to USD 50,000 per company and are paired with mentorship, pitch feedback, and business support. The source states that funds have no repayment requirement, and the application flow includes a pitch deck, recorded five-minute pitch, W-9, budget form, and employee/company growth form.
Eligible applicants are businesses founded in Wyoming that plan to remain primarily in the state for at least three years after award. Companies must have no more than 25 employees, at least 50 percent Wyoming-resident employees, and potential for high growth and markets outside Wyoming. At least one founder must have accelerator, pitch-competition finalist, successful-exit, or prior venture-backed founder experience.
Non-dilutive startup grants for Wyoming-founded businesses with high-growth potential and markets outside Wyoming.
