PNARDI — National R&D and Innovation Support Program (Programme National d'Appui à la Recherche-Développement et à l'Innovation)
Funds Morocco-wide researcher and innovation pathways in scientific development and technology transfer across career stages.
PNARDI is Morocco's national support program for research, development, and innovation, launched in June 2025 under CNRST with MESRSI, Fondation OCP, and UM6P. Applications move through the Masharie platform, and the program is framed as part of Morocco's push to place research and innovation at the center of national development. The 2025 edition is organized around three tracks: IBN BATTOUTA for early-career researchers, IBN ALBANNA for R&D projects, and NEFZAOUIA for technology transfer. The program is denominated in Moroccan dirhams, eligibility is anchored in Moroccan institutions, and the public pages captured for this pass do not publish per-project award amounts outside the PDFs. PNARDI is most relevant to universities and research organizations that can work inside a national partnership structure and submit through the platform during the active call window. The strongest fit is a project that already has a clear research, development, or transfer pathway and can align with the track-specific mandate instead of a generic proposal.
