The European Innovation Council (EIC) is the European Union's flagship deep-tech funder, housed under the European Commission and delivered by EISMEA. It sits inside Horizon Europe and combines an annual grants budget of EUR 2.024 billion with direct equity capacity through the EIC Fund.
