Imperial Enterprise is Imperial College London's internal commercialization arm in the UK. It sits within Imperial Enterprise and supports current students, alumni, staff, and early career researchers free of charge. It exists to move Imperial-linked ideas from campus activity into structured founder support.

Its main routes are prize, fellowship, voucher, and equity programmes rather than unrestricted grants. Venture Catalyst Challenge offers up to £20,000, WE Innovate up to £30,000, EarthScale up to £14,000 in vouchers per team, Commonwealth Startup Fellowship up to £2,000, and Global Challenge Lab up to £3,000; the Imperial College Enterprise Fund adds an equity route for Imperial-connected spinouts. The overall mix reaches hard tech, climate, medtech, robotics, biotech, space, and adjacent campus ventures.

The programmes are built for early founders who need validation, a short accelerator, or a direct investment conversation. Some routes are reserved for Imperial affiliates, while EarthScale and the Commonwealth Startup Fellowship reach beyond the university. The non-investment routes are equity-free, and ICEF is managed externally by Parkwalk Advisors as part of the wider Imperial spinout stack.
