FINEP Mais Inovação Brasil — Transição Energética is the largest thematic edital by pool size within the Mais Inovação Brasil Rodada 2 programme, allocating R$ 500 million to company-led innovation in Brazil's energy transition. The programme covers green hydrogen (H2V), renewable energy technologies, biofuel efficiency, decarbonisation processes, and clean combustion, positioning Brazil to meet its climate commitments while developing exportable clean-energy technology. Funding is delivered as non-reimbursable subvenção econômica via FNDCT, administered by FINEP under MCTI.

Only Brazilian-registered for-profit companies are eligible as principal executors. ICT co-executors may participate.
