The Commission wants full geographical coverage of the national Safer Internet Centre network, prioritising countries that missed out on the previous 2025 round. Each funded centre must run four services: an awareness-raising hub for children, parents and teachers; a helpline on children's digital-technology issues; a hotline for reporting online child sexual abuse material; and a youth panel that lets children shape the centre's work.
