InCubed (Investing in Industrial Innovation) is a permanent rolling co-funding programme operated by the European Space Agency under its ARTES Earth Observation business strand. The programme is structured as a three-way partnership between the applicant, ESA, and the applicant's national space delegation — meaning the applicant's home Member State must have subscribed to InCubed and must endorse
