This call funds studies that evaluate the medico-economic and clinical benefit of two kinds of CE-marked medical devices: ones where the innovation is mainly digital or AI-based, and innovative equipment-type devices used by a healthcare professional in a hospital or lab. A proposal must show an economic advantage, a medical advantage, or both, against the current state of the art, through a multi-centre clinical evaluation.
