Generative AI for Cybersecurity applications
Funds generative-AI tools that detect and respond to cyberattacks, or that automate compliance with EU cybersecurity law.
Generative AI for Cybersecurity applications is an ECCC (European Cybersecurity Competence Centre) call, worth EUR 12-14 million per project, that funds generative-AI models either for real-time threat detection, response and self-healing against cyberattacks, or for automated monitoring and compliance with EU rules such as the AI Act, NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act. This is a single-stage Rese…
The ECCC wants proposals that train and test generative AI models either for real-time threat detection, response and self-healing against cyberattacks, or for automated monitoring and compliance with EU rules such as the AI Act, NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act. It expects proposals to respect trustworthy-AI principles and to show real EU technological added value, including use of open-source tools where feasible.
