European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC)

Enhancing the NCC Network

Pays already-designated National Coordination Centres to run cybersecurity accelerator, awareness and community-building programmes in their own country.

Although this money goes only to a country's own National Coordination Centre, not to companies directly, an NCC can pass part of it on: the topic explicitly allows Financial Support to Third Parties under Article 204 of the EU Financial Regulation, so a national cybersecurity incubator, accelerator or SME-support programme funded through this call is one route by which a startup could see money f

This call funds the operating activities of National Coordination Centres (NCCs) set up under Regulation (EU) 2021/887 — the national bodies that anchor each country's Cybersecurity Competence Community. Eligible activities range from building national cybersecurity incubators and accelerators to running school and youth awareness campaigns and providing technical assistance to applicants for ECCC calls.
