Cross-Border Cyber Hubs

Pays entities appointed by a Member State to build and run a Cross-Border Cyber Hub that pools cybersecurity threat data across several countries.

The hub acts as a central pooling point for cybersecurity threat data and threat intelligence across several Member States, using common automation tools and open standards for sharing that information, such as MISP for threat intelligence, CSAF for automated advisories, or IntelMQ for cybersecurity messages, and disseminating it to a broad set of actors including CERTs, CSIRTs, ISACs and critical…

This call funds Cross-Border Cyber Hubs that pool threat data and cyber threat intelligence (CTI) across several member states, building on existing SOCs, CSIRTs and ISACs. Hubs may also monitor undersea infrastructure such as submarine cables and must share information with the CSIRTs Network under the Cyber Solidarity Act.
