This call funds preparedness support services for competent authorities in EU member states β€” CSIRTs and National Cybersecurity Authorities under the NIS 2 Directive β€” covering coordinated penetration testing, threat and risk assessment, and evaluation of cybersecurity capabilities across critical sectors. This round covers only Part 1, coordinated preparedness testing of entities in sectors of high criticality; further preparedness actions follow in 2026 and 2027 calls.
