The call is open to any Innovation Action at TRL 5-8 within the Chips JU's Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda: pilot-line manufacturing facilities, zones of full-scale testing, new processes or tools introduced across several domains, or frameworks/platforms used in innovative products. Chips JU explicitly says project size is not an evaluation criterion — it wants a balanced mix of small and large projects.
