This topic funds design, specification, implementation and testing of the key microelectronic building blocks of an FR3 front-end module (FEM) for 6G radio systems, aimed at the ITU IMT 2030 targets for data rate and spectral efficiency. It wants work on large-array integration, broadband RF transceivers, full-duplex uplink extension and integrated sensing-and-communication functionality, building toward a base-die and packaged FEM system.
