LIFE Clean Energy Transition wants applicants to run or restart a national platform bringing together public authorities, training providers, trade unions, professional chambers and academia to grow the pipeline of skilled workers for building renovation and clean-energy trades. Where a national skills platform already exists (Scope A, a named list of 15 countries), proposals keep it running and carry out its 2030 roadmap; where it doesn't (Scope B), proposals rebuild the platform from scratch, map the workforce gap, and draft a new national roadmap. Every proposal must also run a large-scale campaign that recruits people, including underrepresented groups, into energy-efficiency careers.
