In scope: financial support for eligible employers to recruit eligible young people into suitable jobs, providing meaningful paid work opportunities, skills and experience. The scheme is intended to complement, not replace, existing recruitment activity. A qualifying recruit must be aged 18 to 24, in receipt of Universal Credit and out of work for at least 6 months.
