In scope: projects delivering an implementation plan for an area of lowland peat soils that has been drained and has water tables lower than optimum for reducing carbon emissions; infrastructure and other control measures that enable safe and sustainable raising of water tables; sustainable land management activities at higher water tables. Out of scope: proposed activity that is legally required, or is receiving or will receive funding from other sources that would be considered duplicate funding.
