In scope: third-party expert advice on pursuing a legal claim; independent advice to assess whether a legal case can be brought; and necessary third-party expert services required to pursue the legal case. The fund supports enforcement action against building owners who are not remediating their buildings quickly enough. It concerns buildings with at least one defect that puts people’s safety at risk from the spread of fire.
