Interventions to Reduce Sleep Health Disparities
Funds non-drug interventions that improve sleep in populations facing health disparities β and tests sleep as a route to better health generally.
Sleep is unequally distributed. Noise, shift work, housing, safety and stress all shape it, and they are not spread evenly. This notice treats that as a health problem with a lever attached.
The interventions have to be non-pharmacological. Three objectives are named and they build on each other.
