Research on interventions to improve health among Alaska Native and American Indian populations — etiologic research informing intervention development, testing the efficacy or effectiveness of health promotion and disease-prevention interventions, testing culturally informed treatment or recovery interventions, and dissemination and implementation research overcoming barriers to adoption, scale-up and sustainability. Clinical trials are optional.
