Large-scale pragmatic trials testing intervention effectiveness in routine clinical care, and implementation trials testing strategies for delivering interventions within health care settings — spanning emergency departments, primary care, public health clinics, academic centers, federally qualified health centers, integrated networks and VA Medical Centers. Funded as a milestone-driven, phased cooperative agreement: a planning phase, then full trial execution.
