Building a shared, multimodal inventory of neural cell ensembles that encode the effects of addictive substances — collecting and integrating single-cell and multi-omic datasets, developing analysis and visualisation tools for ensemble composition, testing models of how cells are recruited into coding ensembles, and coordinating data standards with other cell-atlasing efforts.
