Innovation Agency Lithuania (Inovacijų Agentūra) is Lithuania's national agency for innovation, business development, and export promotion, operating under the Ministry of Economy and Innovation (EIMIN). It administers over EUR 500 million in business support measures across the current multi-year period, with more than EUR 80 million earmarked for export promotion by 2030.

The agency was launched in April 2022 through a merger of Enterprise Lithuania (Versli Lietuva), the Lithuanian Business Support Agency (LVPA), and the innovation functions of the Agency for Science, Innovation, and Technology (MITA). With more than 300 staff and 13 regional offices across Lithuania, it covers the full innovation lifecycle from idea-stage incubation and R&D co-funding to export acceleration and FDI attraction.

Most large funding programs are delivered as EU Structural Funds instruments (ERDF/Cohesion Funds) under the 2021–2027 programming period, with the agency acting as the national managing body. National programs (de minimis, defence co-funding) sit alongside the EU-delivery portfolio.
