Funds joint Brazilian-Norwegian R&D teams in energy and green shipping.
A consortium of at least one research institution and one company from each country applies jointly through the Eureka platform, led by a research institution that submits on behalf of the whole group; consortium members must be unrelated parties with no ownership stake in each other. The call backs bilateral projects between Brazilian and Norwegian partners in petroleum (excluding carbon capture), environmentally friendly energy such as solar, wind, hydropower and bioenergy, hydrogen and biofuels, and green shipping topics like zero-emission fuels, port infrastructure and route optimisation. Projects must aim to research or develop a product, process or service with a clear route to commercialisation.
