Consortia need at least two independent legal entities from two different Eureka countries, with the project directed at an innovative product, process or service headed toward commercialisation and no single organisation or country covering more than 70% of the budget. EUROGIA2030 wants transnational collaborative projects that develop low-carbon technology, aimed at reducing climate change and supporting sustainable economic growth. Target areas include emissions-free power supply, low-carbon transport and urban design, more efficient buildings and construction methods, plus bio-based resources.
