Funds one flagship consortium to build and run a large-scale Hydrogen Valley producing at least 3,000 tonnes of clean hydrogen a year across two or more sectors.

This topic wants a single large-scale demonstration that links hydrogen production, distribution and storage to at least two end-use sectors (energy, industry, transport) sharing common infrastructure. It requires at least 3,000 tonnes per year of new clean hydrogen production capacity, at least two years of monitored operation, a path to financial viability, and letters of intent from public authorities and other stakeholders. It sits inside the EU's push to reach 50 Hydrogen Valleys under construction or operating by 2030.
