This topic wants a demonstration of a hydrogen ecosystem located in one of the 13 EU member states that joined in 2004, 2007 or 2013, since Hydrogen Valley deployment there has lagged. It requires at least 400 tonnes per year of new clean hydrogen production capacity supplying one or more of the energy, industry or transport sectors, at least two years of monitored operation, and a path to financial viability. It sits inside the EU's push to reach 50 Hydrogen Valleys under construction or operating by 2030.
