The program funds early-stage innovators, students, and startup founders working in Electronic Design and Manufacturing, DeepTech software and products, and ICT, whose innovation sits at ideation through early MVP (TRL 1-4). Applicants must be Indian citizens from Tier-II or Tier-III cities, either individually or as founders/co-founders of a startup incorporated within the last two years, and willing to undergo physical incubation.
