MASE Critical and Strategic Raw Materials R&D and Innovation Projects was a closed public notice from Italy's Ministry of Environment and Energy Security for projects across the value chain of critical raw materials and strategic raw materials. The notice made EUR 21 million available. The source gives cost-share ceilings rather than one simple grant cap: contribution intensity could not exceed 50% of eligible industrial research costs, 25% of eligible experimental development costs, and 50% of eligible feasibility-study costs, subject to the detailed notice rules. A for-profit route is explicit.
