Funds Dutch SME teams doing joint R&D to develop or renew products, processes or services.
RVO scores each of the four ranking criteria -- innovation, economic value, collaboration quality, and positive impact -- out of 25 points, for 100 points total, and a proposal needs at least 10 points on every single criterion plus 50 points combined just to be considered for funding. An R&D Cooperation Project targets the development or renewal of products, production processes or services through industrial research and/or experimental development. There is no sector restriction: any project meeting this description qualifies, as long as it is carried out jointly by at least two SMEs.
