Grants Polish enterprise-led consortia for R&D projects that lead to a new product or process.
An enterprise must lead a consortium that also includes other enterprises, research organisations, or NGOs, and every consortium member must own at least one R&D task; NGOs are funded at the same rate and under the same conditions as enterprises, while research organisations get support without state aid for their non-economic activity. Open to enterprises (SME or large, including small and mid-cap companies) that plan a project combining industrial research and development, or development work alone, to create a product innovation or a business-process innovation in how they make goods or deliver services. The project must fit at least one National Smart Specialisation.
