QSTP Incubate Full
Offers continued Qatar startup incubation for validated ventures entering deeper growth.
Eligibility · QA
The QSTP Incubate Full Track is a 12-month incubation program operated by Qatar Science & Technology Park at its Education City campus in Doha. Accepted companies receive subsidies of up to QAR 100,000 (approximately $27,500 USD) in exchange for 1.5% equity delivered through a deferred SAFE-style instrument. QSTP runs three cohorts per year; applications for the February 2027 cohort close on November 1, 2026. A separate Entry Track provides 3-month incubation with no cash for earlier-stage teams.
The Full Track is open exclusively to for-profit companies. Non-profits, universities, and independent researchers are not eligible. Applicants must demonstrate a capable team, validated market need, and a working prototype or MVP at the time of application. Physical presence in Doha for the full 12-month duration is expected. Sectors that align with QSTP's priorities include artificial intelligence infrastructure, biotechnology, medical technology, advanced hardware, and novel materials.
The November 1, 2026 application deadline for the February 2027 cohort gives founders building toward an MVP through mid-to-late 2026 a clear target. The deferred SAFE model means the equity conversion is triggered at a future financing round rather than at program entry, which reduces immediate dilution complexity for early-stage teams. Beyond the subsidy, accepted companies benefit from QSTP's campus facilities, corporate and investor network across the Qatar Foundation ecosystem, and access to the broader Education City community of research institutions and multinationals.
