Funds a desk-based exercise and a Woodland Creation Design Plan for new woodland creation. The proposal must take account of biodiversity, landscape, water, historic environment and local stakeholders. Stage 1 identifies site constraints and opportunities; stage 2 produces the design plan. Where a site is already under an existing grant agreement, the plan must cover the impact of tree planting on that agreement.
