This grant supports the up-front cost of new electric wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs). Eligible WAVs can be sold with a discount included in the purchase price.
It is for vehicle dealerships or manufacturers applying through the online portal. The grant applies to new WAVs at first registration, including pre-registration conversions.

Out of scope: post-registration conversions. The cost of conversion and delivery fees are not included in the vehicle price test.
