Effectiveness trials of optimised therapeutic and preventive mental health interventions for community and practice settings, and trials of patient, provider, organisational or systems-level services interventions improving access, continuity, quality, equity or value of mental health services, adequately powered to definitively answer the primary questions with hypotheses supported by pilot data. A clinical trial is required.
