Pilot and feasibility studies preparing later efficacy, effectiveness or services trials in three areas: preventing substance use, misuse or progression to a disorder; substance use prevention, treatment or recovery services research including comorbid pain, medical and mental health conditions; and HIV eradication research — implementation science, prevention, treatment and recovery — in substance use settings and populations.
