Exploratory research on brain and nervous system disorders across the lifespan — neurological, neuromuscular, sensory, neuropsychiatric, neuroinfectious, cognitive, behavioural and neurodevelopmental disease — through basic, clinical, translational or implementation approaches, requiring at least one United States organisation and one partner organisation in a low- or middle-income country as defined by the World Bank.
