Multi-center clinical trials and ancillary studies conducted within an established, NIH-funded Clinical Trial Research Network, structured as a bi-phasic UG3 planning and start-up phase of up to two years with a possible transition to a UH3 implementation phase of up to five more years, under the cooperative oversight of the administering institute. A clinical trial is required.
