Community-based participatory research evaluating, implementing or testing population-based interventions to policies, programs or practices that promote integration of services, systems or values through cross-sector community partnerships, addressing social and chronic-disease risk factors and barriers driving oral disease burden, run as a phased UG3/UH3 cooperative agreement within the ADAPT consortium. Clinical trials are optional.
