Backs water-sector innovations that have already succeeded in trials and are ready to be rolled out at scale, tackling cross-cutting barriers such as data, skills, processes and culture that make implementation harder than it should be. It is aimed at early adopter and fast-follower water companies in England and Wales, so customers, communities and the environment benefit sooner.
