Digitize Your Shop (Digitaliza tu Almacén)

Funds Chilean neighborhood retail stores adopting digital management tools and upgrading commercial operations.

Digitaliza tu Almacén 2026 is a non-reimbursable grant administered by SERCOTEC to help Chilean neighborhood retail stores adopt digital business management tools and strengthen their commercial operations. The award of CLP 3,000,000 per beneficiary is structured in two components: CLP 200,000 to CLP 500,000 for business management activities and CLP 2,500,000 to CLP 2,800,000 for fixed or intangible assets, infrastructure, or working capital. The program targets small-format neighborhood stores operating in communities across Chile.

Eligible store types include minimarkets, rotiserías, panaderías, amasanderías, carnicerías, pescaderías, heladerías, botillerías, confiterías, and similar neighborhood retail formats. Applicants must hold primera categoría registration with Chile's SII, have been in operation for more than 12 months, and have annual net sales at or below 5,000 UF — a stricter revenue cap than SERCOTEC's standard 25,000 UF threshold for other programs. Cooperatives and larger enterprises are ineligible. Before applying, applicants must complete the Almacenes de Chile training course available through SERCOTEC's training portal, which is a mandatory prerequisite.

Applications are submitted via the SERCOTEC portal at portal.sercotec.cl once regional calls open. The program is structured around digitalization — proposals should demonstrate how the requested resources will integrate digital management tools into store operations. SERCOTEC evaluates applications against the regional program bases, which may specify the beneficiary's own contribution percentage. Completing the Almacenes de Chile course before the application deadline is critical; applications without evidence of course completion are ineligible.
