MSMEDA, Egypt's primary national agency for micro, small, and medium enterprise development, provides a suite of free non-financial business support services to Egyptian enterprises on a rolling, continuous basis. These services are explicitly listed on the agency's official portal (msmeda.org.eg) and include: e-marketing assistance, professional product photography, facilitation of participation in domestic and international trade fairs and exhibitions, and access to business incubators and accelerators. All services are delivered free of charge to eligible enterprises — they constitute in-kind grant equivalents with no monetary award. Delivery occurs through MSMEDA branches, affiliated technology centres (including the Jewelry Technology Center), and partner NGOs.

MSMEDA's incubator and accelerator network has supported over 1,200 innovative projects, and its e-marketing and photography services are available to micro and small enterprises registered and operating in Egypt. Trade fair facilitation covers both national exhibitions and international export-oriented events, enabling small enterprises to reach markets they could not access independently. The Aziza Initiative (launched March 2024) integrates non-financial support packages for women entrepreneurs as part of a broader empowerment agenda. There are no published annual deadlines or competitive selection rounds for the core non-financial services suite — enterprises access these through MSMEDA branch offices.

To access services, businesses should contact the local MSMEDA governorate branch or the relevant technology centre directly. Eligibility is broad: for-profit enterprises, nonprofits, and individual entrepreneurs registered and operating in Egypt may apply. No minimum company age or sector restriction applies to the non-financial services portfolio, though MSMEDA's historical focus sectors include food processing, garment manufacturing, handicrafts, and light industry. The agency's partner NGO network extends coverage to underserved rural areas and Upper Egypt communities.

Free non-financial business support services for Egyptian micro and small enterprises including e-marketing assistance, product photography, domestic and international trade fair access, and business incubator and accelerator programs.
