IHI European HealthCare Incubator Network
Funds a pan-European industry-and-academia incubator network that re-grants up to EUR 2,000,000 each to early-stage healthcare startups.
The consortium itself does not do the underlying health R&D β it governs the Network, runs FSTP sub-calls, and mentors selected startups, with at least 75% of IHI JU funding plus industry in-kind contribution earmarked for third-party funding. This is a two-stage Research and Innovation Action: a 20-page short proposal by the first deadline, then a 50-page full proposal by the second, both funded β¦
This topic funds one consortium to build a European HealthCare Incubator Network linking public-sector incubators (academia, foundations) with pharma, medtech and biotech industry incubators. It wants the Network to run competitive open calls awarding milestone-based Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) to early-stage companies at technology readiness level 3-5, alongside mentorship, infrastructure access and an 'industry quality seal' for validated startups.
